Change log for 1.2:
- Framework migration: from XNA to Mono
- Start mouse management! (in the main screen, double click for "move to", or right click on the character for the context menu).
- Where the mouse is managed there is an icon (top left)
- New style for villages
- Skill affects work duration
- High difficulty = shorter tool life
- Automatic tool selection if available in inventory
- Fence can be destroyed
- Bug fixes
- Unfortunately the save file is NOT compatible with version 1.1
Unzip in any folder.

really enjoyed it, much potential
Thank you. But for now the development is at a standstill, I prefer to continue "The Potter" and "Settlement", I enjoy them much more.
the game won't start for me either
I'm on windows 10, and have tried compatibility modes and installing/running as admin. no dice
It won't start for me. I was able to install it, it just won't run the game.
Crashes immediately. Please list specific requirements to run this, such as which version of the .NET framework it requires.
can't get to launch , wants to repair or remove every time I try to launch
Getting "There is a problem with this windows installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run." when installing. (Version 1109972 / Win 7 Pro 64bit)

Your download contain (zipped) the setup file. Unzip it and execute setup.exe (windows only).
... where does it install to? i want to play it but...
